The process of pressure grouting begins with a thorough evaluation of the site and the structure in question. This includes identifying any weak areas, voids, or cracks that need to be addressed. The grouting material is then mixed according to specific ratios and pumped into the ground through a series of injection pipes. The grout is injected at high pressure to ensure that it penetrates deep into the ground and fills any gaps or voids.

One of the main benefits of pressure grouting is its ability to strengthen and stabilize the ground. OUR PROCESS

  • First, we will check and determine the location where pressure grouting is to be performed.
  • Next, we will identify the placement of drilling holes to stabilize the foundation.
  • One’s holes are drilled, concrete or chemical mixture is pumped with high pressure into the holes with the help of small pipes or directly.
  • The mixture is pumped through holes until it comes into contact with the existing foundation.
  • Pumping is stopped when the foundation comes into normal position, and the holes are filled.
